Cancellation Policy

At Galerie Hathout, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your services. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

  1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@galeriehathout.com. Please include your name, contact information, and details of the service you wish to cancel.
  2. Cancellation Timeline:
    • Up to 7 Days Before Service: If you cancel your service at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund.
    • 3 to 6 Days Before Service: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Less Than 3 Days Before Service: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service without any penalty if done at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service cost.
  4. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for the scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy at Galerie Hathout aims to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with Egyptian laws.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable only for services that are canceled as per the cancellation policy outlined above.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@galeriehathout.com with your order details.
    • Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Services that have already been delivered or completed.
    • Any digital products or downloadable content once accessed.
    • Custom services where significant work has already been initiated or completed.
  4. Disputes: If you have any disputes regarding our services, please contact our support team at info@galeriehathout.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues in compliance with Egyptian laws.
  5. Legal Compliance: Our cancellation and refund policies comply with Egyptian consumer protection laws to ensure a fair and transparent process for our clients.
